Lita Ford: [Japan] ... was the highlight of the Runaways career... we had the most audience, the most record sales... I had to buy another suitcase to bring home the stuff people had given me. Jackie Fox: [referring to Kim Fowley] He kicked me out of the studio and hired Nigel Harrison, who went on to be the bass player in Blondie so it's not actually me on the first album. Kim Fowley: I love boot camp. I went into two branches of the service because I loved it so much... I was the drill sergeant and they were the recruits. Sandy West: Greed is an ugly thing.
