本片是《追追追》的第三集，只保留了杰克．迈里森仍扮演的"黑熊"警长，其余幕前幕后均换了一批新人上阵。影片内容和风格大致上仍治袭前两集轨迹，是一部风趣热闹的公路飞车追逐电影。
