Trout:
Phibes must have used that storm last night as cover.
Waverly:
Used it? He probably summoned it!
Dr. Anton Phibes:
Here where mystic lines converge, we shall find the door way which seperates the living from the dead!
Dr. Phibes:
No! While I slept in sweet oblivion, who dared destroy my house? The safe. Could it still be here?
[he checks and finds it is empty]
Dr. Phibes:
What fiend has taken it? Only one who seeks eternal life as I do... Beiderbeck!
Trout:
But you haven't got a chance!
Waverly:
He'll chop you down like the rest of them!
Biederbeck:
I'm not like the rest of them! Phibes may put the fear of God in you, but not me. Now stay out of my way!
Dr. Anton Phibes:
You cannot threaten the dead with death, my friend. Only with life, eternal life!
Diana:
Don't worry darling, it's not the end of the world.
[Beiderbeck begins to age to death]
Trout:
Phibes has finally failed, eh?
Biederbeck:
No, he's won!
