Calvin is a film student who hates pretension and clashes with an outspoken classmate named Susie. His assignment - to make a film about something that keeps him up at night - is due in a week. That weekend he goes to a fraternity party with a friend and witnesses some of the disgusting behavior of his fellow peers. However, when he is given the opportunity to help someone in trouble, his courage fails him.
