When Bud McCall is framed for a drugs charge he ends up in prison and the man responsible is his former police partner and crime lord Vincent Ciccetti. Now Bud must prove his innocence by testifying against Vincent to put him and his gang behind bars for good. Vincent knows he must put a stop to Bud's testimony, so he hires Tony Marino to kill Bud.
