Probably driving through the door.

He bashes through this door at this tavern, and it was a break-away door. Still wood, but break-away. And one of the planks kicked up and just missed your neck.

Well, I'm really glad it wasn't me. I mean, that's really high and I know that the stunt girl got really nauseous before doing it. Yeah, I still don't really understand how they get up in the morning and go to work knowing there's a slight chance of death. Its really incredible.
