Half Hour TGIF network special where the cast of Step By Step discover they have new neighbors. Upon inviting them over to say hello, The Fosters and Lamberts find they're new neighbors are none other than The Addams Family. A series of hijinx between the neighbors sets up the introduction of The Addams Family animated series coming to ABC saturday morning the next day, and introduces the new season of TGIF shows on ABC.
