Featured in BAFTA Academy Magazine's 'Best of British Talent' and represented both in USA (Hollywood) and UK, British Actor David Bowles is an established and recognizable face in both film and television as well as stage. Based primarily in England he trained in UK (inc.RADA) and America, and now travels extensively between England, USA, and internationally with an impressive and broad portfolio of leading/principal roles to his credit

Recently attached in major role of 'Ice' in forthcoming USA feature Love You 'til (to) Death (2017), he also has several other projects 'in the wings' including leading role of 'Henry Austen' in international Canadian feature film on Jane Austen, and 'King Herod Antipas' in B4Tyme's multi-million dollar USA movie 'In Our Time' reportedly alongside Jon Voight and Richard Dreyfuss.

His varied portfolio within Film/Stage/Television and on both sides of the 'pond' reflect his specialty of strong character portrayals across a range of genres and includes work with such 'names' as 'Oliver Reed (1)' in Orpheus & Eurydice (2000), Kevin Costner Christian Slater and Morgan Freeman in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (1991), Kurt Jürgens, Klaus Kinski and Maria Schell in 'Occupation' , Roy Dotrice and Brian Blessed, in the Greek epic 448 BC: Olympiad of Ancient Hellas (2004) (dramatizing the ancient Olympic Games), and a host of others.

Other accredited performances include The Gathering (2004) (Royal Television Society Awards), action-adventure film 'Gunner' aka Web of Deceit (2007) (Cannes Film Festival entry), and as the magical 'Elron' (King of the Elves).

In England he delighted in playing alongside acclaimed British actors Frank Finlay, Jason Flemyng, Maureen Lipman and John Sessions on quirky comedy feature Lighthouse Hill (2004) and has enjoyed numerous TV appearances within UK favorites such as 'Poirot', 'Eastenders', 'The Bill', Coronation Street, etc. In addition his Stage work also received numerous plaudits for his portrayal of 'Big Danny' in UK stage tour of 'The Hardman' - the hard-hitting life story of Glaswegian Gangster Jimmy Boyle, based on Boyle's own book, 'Sense Of Freedom'.
